CANopen Node Manager / Starter Kit

1.	The CANopen Node Manager V2.11 (Starterkit) can not be started as canAnalyser V1.82 Client. Although the canAnalyser is started I get the following errordescription: "canAnalyser/32 is not running !" Why? CANopen Node Manager is running well in VCI mode.
2.	The CANopen Node Manager / Starter Kit Version 1.53 does not run with new VCI Version 2. Why?
3.	No canAnalyser/32 Client can be opened after installation of CANopen Node Manager. Error: "Master not found".
4.	Which CAN interface boards are supported with CANopen Node Manager?

1. The CANopen Node Manager V2.11 (Starterkit) can not be started as canAnalyser V1.82 Client. Although the canAnalyser is started I get the following errordescription: "canAnalyser/32 is not running !" Why? CANopen Node Manager is running well in VCI mode.

The CANopen Node Manager (like canAnalyser Clients) should be installed into the canAnalyser installation directory, if it should run as canAnalyser Client. If the CANopen Node Manager is installed in another directory, you have to delete the CACun106.dll in the CANopen Node Manager installation directory. Otherwise the wrong CACun106.dll will be loaded.

2. The CANopen Node Manager / Starter Kit Version 1.53 does not run with new VCI Version 2. Why?

With the obsolete CANopen Node Manager / Starter Kit Version 1.53 obsolete drivers are installed that are incompatible with VCI V2. The new CANopen Node Manager / Starter Kit Version 2.11 is based on VCI V2 and does not install extra drivers any more. Therefore the VCI V2 has to be installed before. Please use the new CANopen Node Manager / Starter Kit Version 2.11 with the VCI Version 2.14 (or higher) or the old CANopen Node Manager / Starter Kit Version 1.53 without an installed VCI.

3. No canAnalyser/32 Client can be opened after installation of CANopen Node Manager. Error: "Master not found".

An older CANopen Node Manager Version was installed. Please remove the file cacun106.dll in the installation directory of CANopen Node Manager.

4. Which CAN interface boards are supported with CANopen Node Manager?

All with VCI V2 supported CAN interface boards are supported with CANopen Node Manager. Please note, CANopen Node Manager does not run with the VCI V3. Please use the CANopen Device Manager with the VCI V3.
