CODESYS V3 Controller with excellent communication skills and onboard I/Os

The compact PLC controller EC2250 is designed for minimum PLC cycle times and hard real-time. This has been made possible by using a powerful, scalable 800 MHz Arm® CPU with a Cortex™-A9 core. A comprehensive range of digital and analogue I/Os is to be found located in the PLC controller itself.

The compact controller is consistently programmed with the current CODESYS V3.5. In combination with the CODESYS SoftMotion package technologically sophisticated multi-axis drive applications can be exploited. For visualisation the EC2250 uses CODESYS target and Web-Visu and the appropriate Ethernet terminals. Applications include compact machines and building automation.

Permanently integrated digital and analogue I/Os supplement the unit""s functionality by providing a convenient 连接ion option, while a slot for extension cards makes it possible to implement 其他 alternatives.

Fast communication — EtherCAT and more

An extensive range of communication interfaces is integrated in the unit: Ethernet, EtherCAT, CAN Bus, RS232 and RS485. Additional protocols such as PROFINET, BACnet and Modbus are also available.

First class data management — SQL

Gathering and providing data today belongs among the standard functions of a PLC controller. With its Micro SD slot and USB interface the display controller is ideally suited to this from the hardware point of view.
