The frenzel + berg electronic CO4013-joystick-controller provides all functions needed for industrial joysticks. Programming of the device is not necessary. Interfaces for up to 4 axes, Switches and LED's are already implemented. The setup for node-number, baudrate and device configuration is done by external resistors.
