HART protocol modems include the fully licensed Generic HART Protocol DTM-4 software. This HART DTM (Device Type Manager) provides a simple solution that works with any HART protocol field device. It installs into the included PACTware FDT frame and supports the common practice and universal HART commands. Not all functions will be available but in many cases this Generic DTM is the answer. DTM-5 with additional fuctionality is available.
