• Distributed Clock - network time distribution and synchronization by implementing the EtherCAT^® Distributed Clock feature. For more details please refer to KPA Master Synchronization description.
• Cable redundancy - in case of cable or device failure the function ensures the network segments go on with operation except those behind the failure.
• Hot Connect for plug-in/out or hot-swap of pre-configured devices in Operational mode.
• Alias - invariant slave identification.
• Different scan rates for PDO - increase of cycle time for devices with lower priority to minimize system load.
