Applications
CHMI-10 is used for machine control applications. Typical functions are boom control or motion control. The CHMI-10 can operate as an HMIinterface independent of PLC:s or other programmable devices. CHMI-10 can be configured as NMT-master for a canopen network, handling network startup of up to 64 nodes. CHMI-10 controls CiA-401 based I/O devices or CiA-408 based hydraulic devices directly.
Expandability
Systems with CHMI-10 can also be easily expanded for more demanding applications by adding applications platforms or displays.
Configuration
The CHMI-10 can be configured with any standard canopen tool available. There is no need for application programming.
True benefits
When using CHMI-10 for simple control applications the true benefits are the minimum amount of cables needed for active control components.Benefits in system design include the time and cost save due to the fact that no application programming is needed for small systems.
