Description	The VCI V2 is provided for product maintenance and for usage with old applications based on the VCI V2. For the development of new applications please use the latest VCI driver version 3.4.x (or higher). The VCI 2.20 is based on the VCI 3.4 API and therefore runs under all Windows operating system versions supported by the VCI V3. As 32 bit Windows DLL it provides an interface for 32 bit user applications developed with e.g. Visual C + +, Delphi, C + + Builder or Visual Basic. The VCI CAN driver 2.20.768.0 supports, in addition to the interfaces supported by the VCI V3, the following interfaces: CANblue/VCI (only Windows 32 bit) FR-IB100/PCIe FRC-EP150 Please note: The VCI 2.20 does not install own drivers for PCI, PCIe and USB interfaces. To support this interfaces an installed VCI driver version 3.4.x (or higher) is required in addition. If you require VCI V2 support, please uninstall the old VCI V2 and VCI V3 and reboot the PC before installing the latest VCI V3. After rebooting the PC one more time, install the VCI V2.20 or later. The VCI V2 will then also provide support for the PCI and USB interfaces supported by VCI V3.

Description

The VCI 2.20 is based on the VCI 3.4 API and therefore runs under all Windows operating system versions supported by the VCI V3. As 32 bit Windows DLL it provides an interface for 32 bit user applications developed with e.g. Visual C + +, Delphi, C + + Builder or Visual Basic.

The VCI CAN driver 2.20.768.0 supports, in addition to the interfaces supported by the VCI V3, the following interfaces:

Please note:

The VCI 2.20 does not install own drivers for PCI, PCIe and USB interfaces. To support this interfaces an installed VCI driver version 3.4.x (or higher) is required in addition.
If you require VCI V2 support, please uninstall the old VCI V2 and VCI V3 and reboot the PC before installing the latest VCI V3. After rebooting the PC one more time, install the VCI V2.20 or later. The VCI V2 will then also provide support for the PCI and USB interfaces supported by VCI V3.
